In 1984, Bill Thomas, a young college student, stumbled upon "The Most Perfect Product" he had ever found. A pair of original Army issue WWII Khakis. When they finally wore out, he found the WWII surplus had run out. Youthfull optimism promoted a new venture and today Bill's Khakis is considered the standard among khaki aficionados.
